For Sale: 1989 Acura Legend LS Sedan
It has 151,xxx miles on it. STILL RUNS GREAT but needs a lot of work. I am selling to someone who is either willing to fix it up or use it for parts. The engine is perfect, I have maintained this car ever since I bought it, fixed up the whole body, had the car repainted, installed new master cylinder, all new struts 2 years ago, new axles 2 years ago, so all major parts should last for a long time. I have all receipts for every single penny I have spent on this car. The only thing this car needs mechanically is a new clutch pulley. Everything else is basically cosmetic due to the vandalism.
I had the car parked at work for a mechanic to fix it for me. It was sitting there for about a week waiting for the clutch pulley from Acura. One night, someone decided to break in and try and see what they could find although I purposely took the radio and all my stuff out so that no one would try. Anyway, they basically smashed the passenger window open, tried to get in the trunk but couldn’t, cut up some of my leather and just left.
If you’re willing to fix up this car, I promise it will not disappoint! Otherwise, this car makes a great parts car!! The rear seats are almost mint!! Engine runs and many parts can be taken from this car. The car has no stereo system in it.
I am asking $800+shipping, which I think is fair provided that the engine still runs. I wish I could run this car to the ground but financially I could use a few extra bucks.
