Go to court and be respectful to the DA and she should offer driver improvement as an option. Then if you go,you dont get any points and you pay like 75 total for school and court.

Get a lawyer or some council that is reputable, and go o court dressed very nicely (for example look very normal, polo and khakis etc) and have your council ask for probation where you cannot get a ticket or an accident for 6 months, and if you do the wreck will go on your record, but if you don't it could be thrown out. this will be to prove that this is a one time thing and that you are just young and inexpierienced, offering to take drivers ed is not a bad idea either.
Of course the claim will be on your insurance so to some degree it will never be removed from your record as far as the insurance company is concerned. So it might not really be worth your time, because your rates will probably go up weither way. Try asking your insurance company and see if having it removed from your record will make a difference.

got 17 over this weekend on i16 in GA. the gsp officer asked if my wheels were messing with my speedo and i said they are larger and i had 80mph on the dash. he clocked me at 87 but said i could go to a "car lot" and get them to verify my speedo being off and the ticket will not go on my license. Anyone know what place might be able to do that. Also does anyone have some DUBS i can borrow for this test couz i know my wheels almost match the stock size. I just need some monsters to put on for the test that will be way off hehe. It was in Dublin for all those from the GA area.

You don't need a lawyer for that.
