haha i check there everyday, thats where i saw it posted.. www.teamfc3s.org as well. I talked to Vosko (you probably know him Kai) and he said 5K max. Ill have to see if the guy will come off the price some

$5k would be fair, however the RX-7 market is a strange thing. I've seen planty of people scrape up weak engined, good body TII's for $150, and I've seen low milage cars like this one advertised in excess of $8k.
I can see a fair market value for this car around $5k, as a garage car (unrestored collector's car) that is.

I definatly agree though, the market for these cars is pretty bipolar, now I just gotta see if this guy will give me some money back from the trade..

The vacuum hoses causing problems is more of an issue on the FD because there is a "rat's nest" of 70-something hoses associated with the sequential turbo setup and if one hose goes bad you have to search through all 70 of em to see which one it is. Usually people have a shop replace every single hose at the same time with nice silicone ones just for piece of mind.
Your first mod on any S5 should be to ditch the automatic seatbelts for some S4 seatbelts.
That car is definitely not worth $7500. Regardless of any mechanical issues or their nonexistance, look at the freakin paint. You have huge spots where bare metal is showing through. That's not a cheap thing to fix.

yea that guy emailed me actually, I sent him one back, but no response.. probably because I told him untill someone buys my civic, i only have 2500$ cash to spend on a car... :cough:clickthelinkinmysigandbuymycar:cough:
