I am pissed, very pissed.
I had a long day and after my meeting at work all I wanted to do was go home and relax since I had a splitting headache. So I left the meeting at 7PM and drove home. I get home only to find my parking spot taken, its my spot because I paid for it and it has my name on it. So I call my landlord and here is what happens...
But first a little background...
I changed my original spot and moved one over after my wreck last year because the spot is a foot raised off the ground and when it snows you can't see the edge. Well my new spot was worse so I wanted my old spot back. My landlord said ok, just park in your old spot because the girl that has the other spot doesn't have a car.
So I tell my landlord... hey my real spot is taken and the other spot is taken too. He says the other spot is currently being loaned to some guy till September. So I talk to this guy and he says the same thing. Then the girl with no car comes out and its her friend parking who doesn't live there. I tell her to move her car because she doesn't own the spot and is invading private property. The girl with no car says "I paid for the spot." I tell her well then if its your spot then I wanna see your car and since this ain't your car then get the hell out. She starts bitching at me so I call my landlord. He calls me a little kid and tells me to park on the road, wow and I am paying for parking.
So I leave and go down to engineering to cool my heels. I call my brother and he tries to help, but to no avail because supposedly the rule is you can let anyone park in your spot as long as its paid for.
So instead of coming home at 7PM I came home at 9PM, all the spots were empty so I parked in the spot that has my name even though its technically not my spot.
Cliff notes:
The system screwed me over.
My landlord has no spine.
My landlord called me an immature child even though I was right.
The girl with no car acted like a little b*tch and called me names.
My car will probably be damaged tomorrow and if so well hunting season just started early. I know her friend's car is a Mitsubishi Mirage ES and I got the plates.

Well, thentake pics the next time the guy is in the spot with your name..you can sue the landlord for breach of contract.

Point is why become a landlord if you don't have the balls to take control of the situation.
