Pffffff. n00bs :fawk:

DC2 for Akina, Happogahara, and Irohazaka
RX-7 Spirit R for Myogi, Usui, and Akagi.

Other decent cars are the bunta mobile (Subaru WRX Type R [GC8V]), RX-7 Type R, and 86 Trueno. However, I don't recommend the Trueno for new people. I played with my FD on V1 for about two weeks before I attempted an 86. It's drift kawazie. If you want to decimate all, but only down Akina. lol. get yourself the Suzuki Cappucino. You can get 3'05" like cake. hehe. I myself got 2'58" today with the Cappu. But it's only good down Akina. other courses it slides too much. I tried Usui wet with the cappu, and it slid whether I wanted it to, or not. and iro is crazy. you'll almost turn around unless you know the car that well.

But I see you picked an FC... not too bad. good car, slightly slower than the FD Type R. but good nonetheless.

I would. but I don't wanna drive 45 minutes, not counting traffic to do so. On medium traffic, it takes me 25 minutes to get to Little Tokyo. One day I'll go to Monday night Battle night at AI, lose a few to Tom, lol. That guy is sickeningly fast. 2'36" down Irohazaka without breaking a sweat.

No one wanted to battle me tonight I was owning everything and everyone (computer at least). They all saw me ripping Bunta a new one.... 21 times... down Irohazaka. Today alone I got 21 stars on Bunta Challenge just on the DC2. I think I got 3 on the cappu, and one on the FD Spirit.

My best overall record down Iro now is 2'44"... but it was on a Bunta battle but I did manage to break 3'00" down Akina with the Cappu. and got 3'00"1xx with the Teg. I still gotta race Iro in the rain... see if I can beat your time. heh heh.

haha. I've talked to him on occasion. he pretty much runs the Initial D: Arcade Stage forums, and wrote up a basic driving tutorial on initialdarcade.com

He's insanely fast on ID. today I was surprised as hell to find his name on the machine I was using. 2'36" down Iro, and then some guy called dice was 2nd with 2'38", and then there was me... with 2'47" (On Time Attack, 2'44" on Bunta battle )

I'm just glad he didn't set more records. I'd have a ton less points right now. lol.

I feel like I've heard about it forever now but I've never seen it. I heard D&B in Milpitas had it but the times I've been there, I've seen nothing.

I assume that they have 2 versions of the game out now?

I'd go tonight... but I got off work late. I might go tomorrow and drop some moneys into the coin slot. beat some of my own records, and beat bunta a few more times. get some points, etc.

when you get to over 20 stars on Bunta Challenge, you really start getting points. you get about 12k just for beating him each time. it's sick.
