This sounds like a great raffle. As soon as I get a little extra cash I will buy some tickets. Why don't you set a date for the raffle end, say like Thanksgiving, and than send out like a web address or something when you send out the tickets, so that way everyone who bought tickets can vote on a TV to buy if we don't get the target for the Plasma. Than give like 2 weeks from Thanksgiving for everyone to vote on a TV. Than get the TV everyone votes on and this way the TV will arrive in time for Christmas. A plasma, or at least a new TV sounds like a great gift to me. Just a thought seeing as everyone has an idea of what to get if we don't make the money for the Plasma.

I like the setting an end date idea. But I think it would be better if we just picked a winner on that date, and the winner decide what TV he/she wants to get, whether they want to pay the difference and get a more expensive one or not.

:werd:

I don't like the voteing idea. If you win you should get to pick if the goal is not met.

Just imagine that you won and everyone voted for a tv that you didn't vote for or didn't like. that would kinda suck.

On with the giveaway!!!!!!

can we at least vote on the pricerange? at this rate, we'll never reach the $2899 price mark. Or by the time we get the 2900, plasma tv's will be obsolete because we all will have computer chips implanted in our brains that stimulate virtual images inside our retinas. okay, may be not that far, but you get my point. =)
