RE: avitar

if pic is stored on your pc.....right-click on pic & goto edit. that should open pic in microsoft paint.

goto image>>>>attributes & that'll tell you the dimensions of the pic. the maximum dimensions of your avitar can be are 90 X 90 pixels.

to resize pic goto image>>>stretch/skew & make it smaller till you have it @ 90x90 or less & then you can upload it to be your avitar

RE: sig pic

the above applies to resizing pic except that the size is limited to 450 wide x 200 high each pic with a maximum of 5 pics.

once you have it sized properly, you need to host that pic somewhere.

i use this site: http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/default.wtdr it's free to signup & you get 25 mb of storage space. you can load pics for when you want to post 'em in your posts also. once pic is uploaded, it has a web address that you post.

hope that helps!!!

hey, isn't it possible to put in a smaller pic from my personal host, and then upload a bigger avatar with a larger size? I guess all would be well until you try to update you profile...
