for civics, the 3rd and 4th gens were somewhat similar, then the 5th and 6th gens were similar, as far as looks and drivetrain. they werent completely redone

the engine was dynoed.
he was the first customer of evolutionimports.com
they were dynoing the 4 cars they had to look for the cleanest one to start federalizing the car.
