More than likely because you are ripping the text logo of the company.

i am.. but that makes a problem for me.. i wanna redo the logo, not just make the name with a car on it. I'm trying to think about something that will work for both color schemes, and something that will blend in with the backgrounds as well.. so it kinda flows more.. not just: IMAGE then its framed off from the background... i think it will look like the ads you guys run... WITH that said.. here is my whatever idea like you all wanted:


-- notice that i have surrounded the pic with a gray.. that gray will match the gray/blue background, so it shouldnt look too bad.. i didnt work on a black version yet, but i can if you want.

Here are some basic logo ideas i came up with.. stuff that i think are more fitting.. cause as said before, we should stay away from copyright stuff, and i dont know if using a pic of a honda auto is allowed :dunno:
