DTP dyno day recap and pics :)
Well early early early this morning I woke up to start getting ready, made sure the camera was charged up and made sure O-Ace, George, Brad, Marcus, and Nate were up and on their way You probably know O-Ace and George as the 2 people who keep racingflix.com up and running Marcus and I went to Brad's place to get some coffee and put some race gas into the Supra......then it was off to McDonalds where we met up with O-Ace and George coming from Chicago and my friend Nate coming from Watertown. When we first got there things were going slowly as there were only about 7 cars there to dyno as the day drew on though......more cars came with more people and it got a lot more exciting. I think O-Ace's highlight was when the NSX came and parked right next to his Vette also watching my friend Jon put down 700+rwhp with his Supra untuned with no nitrous.....was pretty impressive. As far as numbers......when we left O-Ace was winning in the domestic category with 479.2rwhp and 540rwtq......although the blown 351 stang hadn't gone and neither had the Camaro SS or WS6 Trans Am As far as imports went.....the most impressive was obviously Jon with his whooping 749rwhp and good god that car is loud on a dyno, when full boost hits you can just see the whole car squat down, it was amazing to see, even though the car wasn't running quite right but it was still awesome. George did very well in the FWD class with a very impressive 183whp and 237wtq! When he goes BPU he'll be easily over 200hp. When we left we had some fun on the freeway with O-ace racing the BPU Supra Let me just say that O-Ace is one insane driver and his car sounds freaking awesome WOT......at first we were ahead and then O-Ace pulled in front and we were reeling him in when at around 125+mph O-Ace decides to cut between 3 lanes of traffic and barely squeezes between 2 huge army transport vehicles.......at that point we decided we would let him win cause we weren't that ballsy Anyways here are some pics
our vehicles lined up at McDonalds while getting some breakfast
Brad's Supra on his HRE chrome wheels! *bling bling*
The Camaro SS just looking badass outside the dyno
Jon's car on the dyno....yes yes those wheels look like ass thats just because HRE custom made his wheels and they are getting chromed by HRE as we speak This car is also going to be in "Turbo" magazine along with "Sports Compact Car" as well as we are using it for our feature ride on racingflix.com soon
NSX
O-Ace's car with the NSX
Overall it was great and O-Ace and George videotaped the whole thing so expect a good dyno video coming up soon

That WS6 is pretty powerful.....I like the color scheme on it and it put down like 357rwhp and 370odd some tq......also it was 25 dollars for 2 pulls although most people got 4........we didn't dyno my supra because I was having suspension problems.

Yep it was the 1.8T that put down the 237wtq The car was bone stock besides he chipped it......thats it.....can't wait to see his numbers when he actually mods it......but you guys will be happy.....some turbo integra won the FWD dyno
