where did you guys think she died? And Neo's plug is in his hair. I was thinking the same thing about not seeing it when they came out of the ship, but druing the sex scene you can see that it's further up his head and in his hair.

that wasn't her ship, that was the other guys ship... she's the one that saved everyone after neo destroyed the sentinels.....the ship that they are on when the movie ends....
