My head unit messed up....
I changed the CD, and all of a sudden, the display just went blank. I figured it just went out, because the buttons haven't been lighting up for a while, but none of the buttons work. It's playing the CD kinda loud, and I can't lower the volume. I can't eject the CD. I can't turn the power off. I can't change tracks....nothing!
and the messed up part is that I don't have any money right now to buy a headunit....besides that I can't find any that I like.

I think the face was just more likely to mess up because it's one of those motorized faceplates. :dunno:

Kenwood does suck. But locking up like that is a "feature" on the Excelon models.
Mine is the D-mask version so it completely closed up. I reset the fuse on the unit itself and it worked fine :dunno:
