Corey's a good dude. I am a very accepting person as well. If something is uncomfortable to me, people will know it. I do try to treat everyone as equals. In school I was in the "jock" click, yet I had friends in every single click outside of that one. Sure, I got shit for it, but overall it made my crew more accepting of the people around us. Now, being gay is a different thing, especially in my community. It's pretty sad that in this LDS state you are pretty much denounced and ignored if you are indeed homosexual. I don't know, it's a very touchy subject. It's really hard to justify what really is a remark that is rude and one that is just used to mean something else. Like, "that's gay," to me, that means, "that's stupid."

I would assume that many more people on this board are homosexuals, and I don't really give a shit. Just don't go attacking me and I'll be your friend.

I am very impressed with how the HAN community is taking his "coming out" and addressing this topic with maturity and not just making stupid remarks.

Oh, btw, I think Will & Grace is one of the funniest sitcoms there is :chuckles:. Friends and Seinfield are good ones too :thumbup:.

Thanks, everybody for those that agree and those that do not. It doesn't matter anymore. What matters is that people treat people fairly--I think that was done. That truely makes the board something different.
