My good friend's cousin was killed by a drunk driver going the wrong way up a highway off-ramp, so I gotta say :nono: at least.
I sincerely hope this one incident is enough to convince you not to risk your life and those of others.
BTW, in CA, the cost of a DUI is easily over $5K; in Marin, it's pretty much the sole focus of traffic patrol at nighttime lately.
