Guess what dumb ass got a DUI tonight...

Seriously, if the court doesn't require you to get a lawyer, don't. It will probably just end up costing you more money, because the courts don't really let anybody off for dwi anymore. Unless the cops screwed something up. You can't attack breathalyzers anymore, it just doesn't fly. As long as the cop had enough reasnoable suspicion to stop you, your toast. Look at the bright side, it's only 6 months, I know people who have gotten 3 and lost it for 10 years.

live and learn. good thing no one was hurt in the process.
also in CA with your 2nd DUI you lose your license. for 3 years? or 1 year.

well regardless, that sucks...Im not gonna lecture you cause then I'd be a hypocrit h:
yeah too many of us do that in Milwaukee.
all though...I am gonna lecture you on speeding! At least a burnt out headlight or something would have been a better reason....but speeding?? You get a :slap: h:
Just say you'll agree to whatever crap the judge gives you and hopefully your insurance won't become unaffordable. You should still be able to drive but you'll have limited driving hours or something.
