time for some off-topic fun :db:

I still have yet to read Derellection of Duty, but I intend to. And from what I've heard, one read of the book will make even Monica Lewinsky think differently of Clinton.

I think everyone needs to watch "Bowling for Columbine" and then "Cube" and "Pi" while drugged up so they catch the meaning.

whats your point?

You know why Limbaugh has been a #1 show for 15 years and liberals don't have #1 shows for 5 years?
its a radio show :slap:

Because the thread of life in the American way is conservative.
because america likes its guns, suv's, and jesus

Down to earth, realistic, intellectual, and logical.
one of those is true, and its not the last three.

Proud of our country, our presidents (the ones who don't lie at least)
wait a minute!

have you convieniently forgotten Enron? And how much the bush administration was wrapped up in that?

oh yeah, they sealed the records, so we'll never know how deeply they were envolved. But secret meetings in the white house to talk with the vice president don't make me feel better.

you act like bush is God incarnate. Get over him.

our armed forces,
actually, I really feel sorry for them.

and each other.
except for liberals, minorites, and people who don't think/talk/worship the same as them.

maybe you're a different conservative, but I'm telling you, the party you support is just that way.

Hard working, dedicated,
well, that is the quickest way to money, and lots of it.

and ask for nothing but to keep America moving.
for the benifit of themselves. You really got to finish your sentences

We don't reach for hand outs,
no, but the people who are down and out, and don't really know better, do. And what do you do? Kick them when they're down.

complain about everything that doesn't go our way,
like how conservatives complained about racial integration during the cival rights movement, and when women wanted to vote, and when the indians were on "their god-given land?"

and we certianly don't criticize the people who fight to keep our way of life.
well, our way of life isn't really threatened, per se, and if it is remotely close, its because our government put us in harms way.

Most of us aren't spoiled by what we have, but rather thankful.
most conservatives are rich white men.

Thankful for our friends,
whom you talk behind their backs

family,
whom you either cheat on their wives, or beat their kids and disown the gay ones.

and the fact that most of America has the same virtues.
those are called "universal truths" for a reason.

It's the extreme liberals who make all the noise,
like how blacks should be able to vote and go to school with whites

even though they are in the minority they sound like they own the place.
some of us have better vision than others.

So to reply to your post, no, it isn't sarcasm.
damn. I guess I can take a breath, then.

I looked, but failed to notice "computer dork" anywhere, but I did see project manager. I'm sure they're synanomys.

"Dork" is the farthest word to describe me.
but you used it.....

thats kinda like WMD that are there, but they're not.

But like I said earlier anything you say i don't take seriously and I take comfort that you are in the minority with your thinking.
because if there's one thing america likes more than anything else, its jumping on the bandwagon and being like everyone else.

You have to be one of the most closed minded people I know...
how the fuck can you say that. You don't know any of us.

much moreso than the other liberals that post here.
I hope that doesn't include me

one final note:

history shows us time and time again that when liberals come up with something smart, the conservatives will attack it and say its bad.

gee, common sense would conclude conservative routes from their distaste of change. So much so that they force others to change, rather themselves.

so why is it that when liberals have an idea on something, that as history has shown usually ends up being for the good, and the conservatives have to down-turn it?

conservatives are people who poorly adapt to change. Usually they're known as dinosaurs, as well. If there's one thing constant in the universe, its change.

so why back a party that can't do the one thing it needs to?

because we live in a "two party system"

or we may as well. I voted green party in '00. My hopes of changing the world through voting were shattered when they came up some 3% votes nation wide (they needed 5% for governmental funding). After that year, I'll probably never waste my time to vote 3rd party unless there was someone I knew who had a chance.

so yeah, given a choice between republicans and democrats, sure, I'd probably vote GOP, too.

Some democracy we live in.....

democracy..... Why do people call it that. They're lying to you, and chances are you don't even know it.

"I pledge allegence, to the flag, of the united states of america...."

"and to the democracy...."?

nope.

Well there's nothing stopping you from getting the hell out of our country if you feel that way. I'll even buy the one way ticket to where ever for you. Seriously. The last person who insulted our country like that in front of me is still picking his teeth out of his throat. So fu-- off and take a hike.

so what makes your "facts" better than our "facts"?
Where did I say mine were better than yours...all I said was that liberals on this board like to twist facts conservatives post. Way to completely miss my statement.

you must not be reading hard enough. I've seen plenty
Then I guess I better smoke the same shit you do...maybe in an altered state of mind I might understand a liberals view of the world.

thats a drum I've been beating for a few pages now. Thanks for finally catching up :goodjob:
Oh really, I hadn't noticed. Must be burried in your novel sized posts filled with liberal BS and propaganda.

yeah, and ignore the issues....
Liberals here have ignored them enough...your last three posts are testament enough to that.

military messes with you. Makes men abuse their wives. Makes air force academy recruites rape the females (what was the %, something like 8% of all females there?)
And drugs don't do the same things? :weird:

wow, you have so much to say about this.....

thank you for your random agreement. Now, when you have something to ADD to the argument, maybe then you should post.
are you serious? Learn to quote....
Glad to see a liberal being so kind to new people that post in this thread...

I'm not trying to anger people. I'm just speaking my mind.
again, you're a ****ing moron
Seems like you are doing a good job there bud trying to make people mad...you are certainly not going out of the way to make them feel welcomed.

but at least I'm not talking total bullshit, unlike some people.....
Actually the points you try to make are pretty much complete BS...

yeah, and that has alot to do with the discussion. About as much as bill cliton and blowjobs...
It is called an analogy...if you do not know what that word means look it up!

things can go alot of places in 3 or 4 years. Especially if the NEVER existed
Glad to see yet another example of a liberal completely twisting a fact for his own good. Here is a perfect of a liberal completely trying to erase the past claiming something that did exist never did. Are you now going to try and say Clinton was never impeached either?

and aren't you the same guy who favors the electoral college because the country is full of idiots?
I am for the electoral college but not for the reason you listed. And what does the electoral college have to do with a poll on the war anyway? :slap:

until they surface, you have no point to aruge that they exist. You're just beating a dead horse.
I have a point to argue...thanks for being a complete moron and not acknowledging it. But when you can tell me where the WMD are you cannot say the war was not justified...you could be putting your own foot into your mouth.

that would be a nicer situation to be in than going in and NOT finding anything
Having WMD used against us is a much nicer thing? :dumbass:

well, considering all the contriversy surrounding the british "unintelligence," I'll have to side with beleive sticky d over the mi5
Good showing of your level of intelligence...or as you put it "unintelligence"

have you not been reading the paper or watching/listening to the news?
I wonder the same thing about liberals...

well, how many times do we have to bring up "uh oh, they're not there."?
Till a very good explanation as to where they went is given.

how many times do you have to ignore our very good facts?
Which ones...all i have seen is you ignoring mine.

how many people must die before there's no more terrorists?
How many more Americans need to die before liberals will finally have the balls to do what is right to protect our country?

how much money is in dubya's pocket because of this war?
No idea?

you notice the "liberals" are the only ones who see any points?
One liberal on this board has recognized other points...ONE...not all!

I think the reason he's so pro-war is because he's affraid some terrorist will inturupt his dork life. Thats why alot of people are for the war. They don't want to die, they don't want to be forced to change, they don't want this this and that, but they do want all this.
Well if another terrorist attack hits the US I hope you are somehow directly affected by it so you know what it is like...till you know SHUT THE **** UP!!!!! You have no idea what it was like on 9/11 living in the NY area...and I really do hope you never will. But atleast understand the fact that you do have no ****ing clue and form your thoughts accordingly.

Round 2...

its a radio show :slap:
Yes...and your point is...........

except for liberals, minorites, and people who don't think/talk/worship the same as them.

maybe you're a different conservative, but I'm telling you, the party you support is just that way.
Oh and you know....

well, that is the quickest way to money, and lots of it.
So why do liberals like to give so many handouts to people and raise taxes to cover it. That is the only way liberals can survive by making the American people depend on them. In the liberals mind why should a person work hard if they are only going to get taxed more and if they keep electing a Democrat everything will be given to them. That does not sound like the American dream to me. Just a bunch of scare tactics liberals try and dupe Americans into believing.

no, but the people who are down and out, and don't really know better, do. And what do you do? Kick them when they're down.
Read my above sentence. And conservatives do not kick people when they are down...they give them opportunities to better themselves, so they are not reliant upon Democrats to feed themselves.

most conservatives are rich white men.
Most rich people are white men...you have struck upon the law of probability...congratulations.

whom you talk behind their backs
And you move so closely in Republican circles that you know this?

whom you either cheat on their wives
Like Bill Clinton, any Kennedy and Jesse Jackson did? And which Republican are you reffering to?

or beat their kids and disown the gay ones
Again, who are you reffering to?

some of us have better vision than others
Stop seeing the world through THC colored glasses.

if it was on HAN, it had to be recent. The last major crash wiped everything clean.
So I reused it...point?

I looked, but failed to notice "computer dork" anywhere, but I did see project manager. I'm sure they're synanomys.
Again showing your "Unintelligence"

how the **** can you say that. You don't know any of us.
Well when you want to exterminate a whole country, which "Death to Israel" advocates...I would consider you a closed minded person.

I hope that doesn't include me
Keep hoping! .:. -_- .:.

history shows us time and time again that when liberals come up with something smart, the conservatives will attack it and say its bad
It does?

gee, common sense would conclude conservative routes from their distaste of change. So much so that they force others to change, rather themselves
Off base on this one here too...

so why is it that when liberals have an idea on something, that as history has shown usually ends up being for the good, and the conservatives have to down-turn it?
Like Clintons idea to not take Osama Bin Laden in from Sudan when they offered him to the US on a silver platter. Or Kennedy's Bay of Pigs invasion...that was a good idea too. Or how about the # of Communists that Democrats placed in high level government jobs during the 50's and 60's compromising national security. Oh yeah history has shown us well the good ideas Democrats have mad.

You are out in left field on this one.

conservatives are people who poorly adapt to change. Usually they're known as dinosaurs, as well. If there's one thing constant in the universe, its change
Change is constant...you have posted one good fact. Congratulations. But not all change is good. Republicans change when change is needed...Democrats change because they feel they need to always reinventing themselves. Atleast Republicans have core values.

Some democracy we live in.....

I would so love to pick this apart piece by piece, but it's not worth it with Fastball. The dark side is strong in him. Besides, 18Sec pretty much summed it up.

Hey dipshit, there's freedom of speech so you can MAKE A DIFFERENCE instead of LEAVE. Why leave and not make a change? If people dont stand up to make a change, the govt runs over them and rules their lives and controls them, taxes them, and ****s them in the ass with no lube and they ... guess what? GET AWAY WITH IT. I for one would rather stay here to use my rights for what they're supposed to be used for - TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. If I wanted to insult this bullshit "democracy" I would and I dare you to try and punch me. For that comment, you just hit a 10 on my "Im another blind Americanized Sheep who likes to fight" Get a clue.

And DVPGSR, shame on you for that. I totally thought you, of all people, would know how valuable the right to freedom of speech and expression is. I cannot believe you'd say that. People like you and Fastball, when you say that, are the REAL ones betraying the country. :nono:

Didn't this thread start like 6 months ago?

Talking about politics with a bunch of people that do nothing but continually talk about how they are right about everything is perhaps one of the least worthwhile things to do in the history of the existence of mankind.

welcome to 200 years of Americanized white supremecy. Why do you think we became so strong in such a short period of time? For a few centuries, we didn't have to pay for labor (ie black slaves). Read Michael Moore's "Angry White Men"

I am all for freedom of speach in this country...but I do not have to agree with what you say. And I am in no means betraying my country...I am one of the many proud Americans that love my country...not the people that love and take advantage of the freedoms my country affords them just so they can turn around and walk all over it.

know why most rich people are white men?

welcome to 200 years of Americanized white supremecy. Why do you think we became so strong in such a short period of time? For a few centuries, we didn't have to pay for labor (ie black slaves).
We were not the only ones that had slaves during that time...and it took a Republican to free them...how is that for change?

Read Michael Moore's "Angry White Men"
I get enough liberal BS right here on this forum...why would I go out and purchase it. Besides I prefer to read level headed thinkers like Ann Coulter, Barbara Olsen, Bill O'Reilley, Chris Matthews (who is a Democrat BTW) and Shawn Hannity.
