1-9 shifts are garbage... I sleep in which means I waste my morning and I get home at 10... so I don't really feel like doing much. Ah well, 1-9 is a slacker shift, cus nothing major usually happens then.

servers generally give bus boys 10-20% of tips and the bussers split what they get evenly between the number of them.

its not uncommon on some nights for a busser to make more simply because they make minimum wage and servers make way less hourly.

by the time server tips out ... bussers / bartenders / hostess ... the bussers can easily walk away with more on certain nights
