For anything H3, the accounts are either 1 or 3 month prepaid cards tossed onto a new system profile. These new accounts level up so quickly, that it's not worth investing in a 6 or 12 month card.
Sure it's more expensive, but it keeps the game fun.

First game on the new account I got an overkill (swat). Then proceded to get raped for about an hour. 
Finally went back to swat and we finished pretty strong.

I have one master account. It's prepaid with quite some time till total expiration. (e3NiNe2)
