Takes a lot longer than 3 days to process unless you HOUND them everyday.

The system they sent me was 7 days old according to the manufacture date on the back.

My Hard Drive came off when I shipped mine in...

the only thing you ship in is the box itself. No HD, no power cables, no nothing.
