I love my G35C, as well as my IS250. You can't go wrong either way 
I enjoy the G35 for fun and agressiveness. However, the IS250 turns a lot of eyes and also gets me good gas milage. 6 months and i'm averaging 26mpg.
However, G35C new is going to be up there in the 40 if you want all the options, which I highly suggest
Ever think about a used M3, now, in a year or two, you can easily afford an 04 M3 for that amt of $$?
