Auto or manual? If its auto, forget about it, not worth dicking with in terms of performance.
How fast do you want to go as that will largly dictate the direcections of the mods you install. Nothing cheap is gonna add any serius power so if you want something noticable you better be ready to drop some coin into it. One option is to boost it, but sence you know nothing about cars that would be a bad idea. Id suggest intake, header, exhaust, and a nice intakemanifold. It will give you a nice jump in power and not change the drivability of the car any. I would definently start reading all the stuff you can on this site because if your gonna start working on your you should atleast understand the basics, even if you cant physically do the work your self, you should atleast know how it should be done.

If it's an automatic, swap it to a manual for under $800, then build your own turbokit for the F23.

Turbo or Supercharge it. MAP style engines take well to either, but of course you need someone who can tune the car to keep it from going kaboom.

:werd: the weight reduction alone will make your Honda perform far better than any Ferrari. Plus it's so damn cool.
