how much everything cost you paolo?

after every receipt added up..and every used part purchased...a wee bit over 2000 bucks. considering i had to buy a OBD1 ECU, Chip that for Crome, OBD2b-OBD1 jumper harness, gauges...that adds significantly to the costs...

the injectors, the piping (even though it needed modification - cutting and welding), all the oil lines and hardware (stainless lines, AN fittings = $$$), gauges, gauge pod, and a few other things were purchased brand new.

if i were to get something like this at full retail, and pay someone to install it, it would have been around $4500-5000...

i'm not boosting too much, and its a real safe tune with conservative air fuel ratios and mild ignition timing. besides, my goal was to have equal torque and hp, and i got it.

i didnt boost my car to race it anyway.

I see, sorry for the confusion, but I thought you were saying that you're making the same as a stock S2K with a shit load of torque. I thought that S2K are pretty fast, and even faster than my G35C from a dig (making in the uper 220whp)??? :dunno:

well, but then again, my car is heavy as fuct.

i used to think i'd never have a turbo integra...it was one of the "dreams" (yes i'm lame) i had when i was a teenager, and now that i have it feels great except that i know i'm too old for this kind of stuff now especially when i'm surrounded by friends that are buying houses and getting married. and here i am dumping good chunks of money into two cars. its cool though, at least i'm fulfilling a little bit of my life dreams...

the next dream is to get a real job, and buy a house...we'll see how long that takes. hopefully not 9 years like it did for me to have a turbo teg...

a stock first gen s2000 will make about 195whp. i'm at 188.32whp, i'd say thats pretty close.

also, any s2000 will generate wheel-torque ratings in the 135-155 ft lbs range.

i'm putting down 187.43wtq with a muuuuch wider torque band. i'd say thats a significant amount more. especially if u lay the torque graphs on top of each other. but then again, a turbo s2000 would destroy me. shoot, i wouldnt be surprised if a bone stock s2000 would destroy me, but i'll never find out, because thats not what i'm into (seeing how fast my car is compared to other cars on the street).
