I just bought the newest addition the the shit-fleet today. Its an '89 Civic Si (I've always fukking wanted one!), 175k miles, pretty good shape all around. It was owned by a reputable local mechanic and just got the following work done:
Full 90k tune up (plugs, filter, trans fluid, brake fluid, coolant, valve cover gasket, t-belt, water pump)
cam seal
crank seal
full brakes (pads and rotors)
brake MC
new axles
new windshield
Pretty good deal for $1800, I figure. Now I can sell the volvo and decide whether or not to keep the shitbox. The nice thing about the Si, is its already set up to be a great autocross competitor stock, so if it comes down to selling the VX, its not too big of a deal. Now all I need to do is figure out what to call it... shit-flinger?
P.S, yes, I know. :wopics:, but my camera is at work.
