I wouldn't go as far as saying there'll be vulgar people. By far, I don't want this to turn into a college party-like setting.

The average age of the members attending is between 18 and 25. So yes, we are still a bunch of dumb kids.
This meet is for us to have fun, and i'm sure if there's a child around, I wont be the only one feeling uncomfortable not being able to let loose and having to watch what we say or do because virgin eyes are around.
C-bass stated minimum age being 18, and I dont think that leaves any exceptions.
