I ordered some springs the other day and they ended up and some business about 5 miles from my house. They told me to come get them so I drove over there. Took me forever to find this place, and it ends up UPS came back and got them. Looked at tracking online and it says they were looking for the right address or something. Then today it says delivered again at 1:45. I was sitting here in my room at 1:45 and no truck or anything ever came. Now what should I do? Lol, Sorry for the long post.

when i orderd 4 gauges from summit one time,..UPS delivered them to some business 15 miles away from my job,..i tracked the order because i was expecting them that day and i saw that it was already delivered,...the good thing was summit has the best customer service ive ever dealt with...cause i called summit before even call UPS and they took care of calling UPS for me,..summit called me back and told me were my gauges were and asked me if i wanted UPS to go pick it up and bring it to me or would i just like to go get them myself,..seeing as how UPS fawked up once i already,..i just said ill get em myself
