snitches get stitches
caffeine detox gives me extremely painful headaches...so I try to maintain a low yet constant flow of caffeine running through my body (IE: ~3-4 pops a day)

i used to drink 6+ cans / day.. not much, but i was hooked. actually, that was in high school. when i got into college, i drank even more. now that i'm out, ive minimized it.. i go some days without drinking
anyways, it was really hard to not drink .. i would get strong headaches, but here i am. just drink lots of water :dunno:
u should just drink less and less, not jus completely stop.

i used to drink 6 a day easily, then went on my deit for 4 months, lost 30 lbs and got off the diet but only went up to about 2-3 drinks per day, i'm back on my diet now, lost 5 lbs and haven't had a soda (save a couple diet cokes) for over a week
