Default whats a good bottle of wine?

i wasnt going to do anything for valentines day but i figure i could at least make dinner and have a decent bottle of wine for my appreciative gf. i got her a nice set of wine glasses for christmas so this would be a good time to make use of them. so whats a good bottle of wine for like $10-$15? dont mean to sound cheap but i know theres good wine out there for that price. i got some RH Phillips cabernet sauvignon a while back and that was good so i might just get that again. any suggestions from all you pimp playas on HAN?

Robert Mondavi and Rodney Strong wines are both quite good, and within your price range.

I would try a wine store, rather than a grocery store.

You don't have beer and wine stores, or even exclusively wine shops?

I am aghast. I knew there was a reason I've never visited Wisconsin.

yes beer and wine aka liquor stores but I've personally never seen an exclusively wine shop. Of course I don't go around looking for them so there may be one in Shorewood or some ritzy suburb.

My mom got a bottle of Dom Perignon as a wedding present. Ranges from ~75-150 a bottle.
