If it turns out that the smell is definitely his fault and not some broken part of your fuel system I would tell him that he spilled gas all over your car. See what happens. Worst he can do is say sorry.

I will talk to him tomorrow after I've calmed down. I'm just too pissed to do anything, and after a really bad day at work/school, I'm afraid I will just blow my top off at him for shit he's not responsible for, even though I know it will feel damn good...at the time.

Basically I think my points will be:

1) "You are responsible for this, therefore you will have my car cleaned and vacuumed."

2) "You owe me for the gas, but if you pay for the car cleaning, I'll let it slide."

3) "You will never drive my car again. Ever. No matter how drunk I am, even if I get my arms cut off in a freak ice skating accident, you are not to drive my car, holmes."

Enough rant for tonight, I have class tomorrow at 8am. Good night and god bless.

BTW I left my moonroof open in hopes of letting the smell go away, but it seems like it will be stuck there for a while because when I got back to my car after class, it still stunk. :madfawk:

The gas station by my school offers a hand-washed and detailing service, plus vacuuming. Will it make the smell go away?

Actually I don't know if it's hand-washed since they have a car wash tunnel... :nervous:
