k three ifers
i dont wear if it im just going up the street.. 1 minute drive through a neighborhood. i always wear it in the front seat, if im in the back of my friend's tahoe or benz or something i sometimes dont

Seatbelt always even if it is just arround the block or in a parking lot i don't give a hoot i was in an accident once without my seatbelt on and i'm glad it was a low speed impact or else i could have killed myself

Although I think that the seatbelt law is stupid (I think only children under 16 should be required to wear seatbelts in the car), the first thing I do and my passengers do in my car is put their seatbelts on. Always.
