Default -- >HAN SPECIAL!!!! ORIJIN MOTORSPORTS SPB CONVERSION KIT for EG/DC is HERE !!!!!!

I am glad to annouce that our new spherical conversion kit for LCAs is now available !!!!! ( about time..we ran into "winter" delays )

here is our website description :

SPHERICAL CONTROL CONVERSION

The only intelligent multi-axis control system!!

Perfect control of your suspension movements is now available from our lower control arm conversion kit. With the intellient use of mixed component materials, our product works precisely the way it should on your suspension. The spherical bearing assembly restricts the camber changes accurately, while the polyurethane spacers provide the space for wanted suspension movements in an aft of the axis. Spherical bearing life is improved extensively, up to the point where it almost eliminates inspection necessities. Performance is equal to old race type soldered spherical bearings, and it allows reduced stress on all suspension control arms and holders.

Race tested aerospace quality bearings maintained in CNC ultra precision machined sleeves limits the camber deflection. Controlling the suspension movements of the multi axis arms with solid type bushings, prevent camber changes due to bushing deflection.

Our solid racing bushings for your vehicle will eliminate unwanted suspension geometry changes such as camber caused by deflection of rubber or polyurethane bushings. Stock rubber on most cars can cause camber changes up to 0.6 degree. Polyurethane replacements do not eliminate this problem due to the fact that they are too soft and still compress under loads of the suspension.

With our revolutionary design, we have eliminated the drawbacks of expensive spherical bearing conversions. Not only does our product outperform any of the existing spherical bearing conversion products available, it is also less expensive and of higher quality. Installation and replacement time is reduced to a minimum due to no soldering and control arms may be re-used multiple times without any damage.

Benefits:
- Total control of suspension movements
- Eliminates camber changes due to bushing deflection
- Improved driver's connection to the road and reaction times
- Controlled camber aids in reducing tire wear
- Simple installation with little or no maintenance required
- Stay in front of the competition with our design

I will post a picture of it installed by next week.
Was impossible for me to take it this week!

but the drawing above pretty much show all there is to see

What you will see once installed is only the SS washers + the polyurethane spacers ... everything else is inside the control arm

I can have a 3d animation done if this helps to understand the principle.
I think it would be better than an acutal picture of a mounted kit!

let me know , so i can pass the word on for a 3d animation if needed.

thanks for the interest

Here is a picture of the kit installed on a car.

Note : this car has went trhough more than 20K KM with the kit,
and it has passed a part of this canadian winter in salt, sand and snow!
So yes, it is rusted and dirty

Enhanced pic for better viewing of the installed sleeve components!

Our tolerances are the tightiest you will ever see on any suspension components!
everything just POPs right into the next like if it was just extracted from inside the parts.

It all slide in with a slight hammer blow ..depending on how much rust you had to remove on your lcas
lol

It is pretty easy to install, the only tricky part is when installing the lca on the car, but with a few tips that are found in the installation manual...

how does this change camber and alignment properties? so i would not need a front camber plate with these on my lowered hatch?
