Crower has introduced a new budget connecting rod for the popular Honda/Acura applications. Intended for all-motor and low boost applications, the Econo Billet is a lightweight (470 grams for B18C) alternative to shot-peened factory rods. Available in H-beam design only, this rod is made in China (like the Eagle) from 4340 steel billet material BUT finished in-house at Crower under Crower's rigorous quality control standards. Prices start at $398 for the set of four rods. For severe-duty applications, the smart choice is the original Crower rod.. built to handle unlimited power adders and extended rpm.
