We are designing a new mod for Hondas and Acuras. Its a hood modification that modifys the hood to flip and slide just above the glass windshield

Now this kit is not yet availible for Honda's or Acura's yet, but can be made in about a weeks time after some researching and designing has been done.

There are 2 kits that will be available. The "basic" kit contains the props shown in the picture. The "advanced kit includes the parts shown in the pic, but also includes the rods covered in Stainless steel braided covering.Pricing on these kits are as follow:

Basic Kit: 100.00 + 10.00 S/H
Advanced Kit: 140.00 + 10.00 S/H

that's pretty sweet, but how would it fare on a cf hood

 

no diff, a hood is a hood

 

I thihk that this would benefit owners of fiberglass/CF hoods because of it's lightweight nature. I wouldn't want to do that with my stock hood, or else I'd be looking for a new hood and/or windshield.

Interesting idea, just not my bag...
