The s2000 and forced induction have long been regulated to the dust bin..it just doesn't produce amazing gains. But the potential of the 350Z is untapped as of yet....which makes it exciting and, in my opinion, the better buy.

350Z would be more fun to modify.

I have read on the internet that there is a Nismo 350Z, claiming around 320HP. That would equal the HP of a Comptech S2000. But I do not know about the reliablity of driving a supercharged car everyday as a daily driver.

my friend has a SC civic (daily driver) and his car messes up sometimes.. alot of the belts get worn out really fast (b/c of all the stress all the time ??) ... i dunno.. but ever since he got the SC, things mess up here and there.

Being a Honda dedicated guy I'm feeling obligated to say the S2000. But I must admit that the new 350Z would be more fun and exciting simply for the fact it is "untouched" basically as of yet. But yet IMO they are two different kinds of cars... ones a convertible the other a coupe.
But no matter which one you choose it will be your own, hence unique, and very dear to you. So does it matter what we think... little.
