Im partial to the s2000 myself. Its a car you can leave stock and still have a huge grin on your face every time you drive it. The 350 also looks like ass as a convertable. The VQ is an awesome motor, but the rest of the 350 has been problem prone (as with almost every other nissan :/ ). The high revving s2k gets my vote, but to be honest you really need to sit in and drive both to see which one you like better.

I personally fit great in the s2k, but I just feel cramped in the 350. Kind of weird, but its just how I fit.

Oh, and with the G35. i've always thought they were awesome pin pics until I sat in one. Just not that impressive to me. And over at s2ki.com there are a lot of people who have switched over that feel the same way as reechy.

I WOULD GET THE HONDA, YEA THE Z HAS MORE TORQUE THATS WHAT A V6 IS SUPPOSE TO DO...

NOW THE S2K IS LIGHTER, MORE AGILGE AND HAS MORE REV-RANGE THEN THE Z NOT EVEN THE ANNIVARSARY Z REVS AS HIGH.
BEING THAT I RIDE, THAT HIGH REV IS WHAT I LISTEN FOR... AND THE S2K IS NOT A SLUG ON THE STREETS NEITHA.. I BELIEVE BOTH CARS BONE-STOCK WOULD MAKE A GOOD RACE...

come on your on a s2k section what do you think most of majority would pick. i pick s2k cause its more reliable,classy, and fun to drive. if u want to feel fast 350z since it has a good amount of torque which gives you that fast feeling. also if u want a better sound system get the Z but u can always go aftermarket for the s2k =/

 

in a str8 line with equal drivers the S2K will win... in cornering ability there's no comparison...S2k all day. road racing, autocrossing, drag racing, you name it, the S2k does it better than the Z. the S2K is lighter, more agile, better balanced, superior engineering, one of the best 4cyl motors on the face of the planet, and just a better car. get the S2K...i just bought a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR. the sport compact to end all sport compacts, but there's still something about the S2k...that's why im planning to buy an 04 i found later this month...so i'll have the EVO and the S2K

 

I see a better chance of the 350Z as a drag car than the s2k... The s2k was built to handle....in a straight line its kind of dull *yes I have driven s2ks and 350Zs *

 

i would also pick the 350Z if drag racing is your thing.

 

This has gone on long enough.

Both are great cars in their own way. Hopefully the next generation Z-car and S2000 (if there is one) will be bring more to the world of automotive enthuasists.
