Default Test drove an Si today

at Rick Case Honda in Weston, Florida.

they had all the Si's in the lot without a shift knob because according to the salesman, all the salesmen steal the knobs.... i gave him the 'way to go thief' look and pulled the knob off my car for the test drive.

anyways, its a nice car i would say, the interior is okay. Driver and passenger is roomy, backseat is Mehh. trunk is non existent. as for power, first and second are nothing to be impressed of but i know that 3rd is where the power comes in. i hit the rev limiter on 3rd by the way.

im sure with a CAI, header, exhaust, some motor mounts and coilovers this car must be a dream to drive. btw, do they make cams for this engine? im sure they do. but hey it was kinda funny to get off my spec wearing a Nismo hat in front of these two kids in their si's in front of the service department. they were looking at me like HAHA sellout! w/e :dunno:

too bad the car doesnt have 6th gear....

oh well, off to Scion dealer next week.

the motormount inserts make a drastic difference in the ep3. cams aren't out yet, but they are due any day now. crower has a set coming. check out ephatch.com if you're seriously considering the car.

That's pretty funny. You could have said, "Then how could I trust a salesperson here to deal with me on a car? wned:
