Don't like the high APR's that most credit card companies offer to me

Most shops - whether it's a mattress store or sears offer pretty lousy rates for financing in store purchases unless there's some special offer. All these in-store credit lines are run through credit card companies/banks usually based out of Deleware and South Dakota regardless of who's offering the credit. It's all the same.

My credit cards are always offering 0%, 2% or 4% financing. The highest I've seen lately is an unsecured 5 year loan at 8% up to $25K. The trouble I could get into with no restraint....
