Are Prelude's reliable?

Over 200 for a 92 with 160 HP? Are you sure i mean i know it is classified as a sports coupe but still. I was expecting to have to pay around 200 a mounth. How much over, 250$? Maybe i would just be better off with a 94-95 Integra LS or a 95-96 Maxima SE the.

Yes, Preludes, as with the majority of Honda products, are definitely reliable. I've owned a 94 Prelude Si, a 95 Integra GSR, and now currently own a 2000 Prelude SH and an 89 CRX Si. They are all exteremely reliable and will last as long as you take care of them. If I was you, I'd get either a 94 Integra LS, or a 95 Civic HB. They have a ton more aftermarket products to choose from.

What do 94 Integra LS's run? I should probely post this in the tegra forum but o well. I would probely not even bother modding it since its pretty slow to begin with anyway i think. Plus anything you do to an import these days even if it is fast to begin with makes you a "rice boy" which is stupid since most people acually tastefully mod there cars and not just put on a huge wing, some stickers, and a muffler. Sorry, i posted this as a seperate topic last time but i delted that, it was meant to go here.

I just had an issue with mine. Read the thread below.

This is the first major issue that has ever happened to me since I've owned the car (had the car for about 3 years now, and done about 50,000km or ~30,000miles).

Well, let's see, I'm kinda dissapointed with my lude's reliability. My car now has 40K miles and she has given me the following problems:
* rear weheel bearings replaced
* timing belt tensioner problems
* shock knock
* transmission problem
All of these are fixed under honda's warranty (it's a certified), but it's still a hassle though. My car now has been in the shop for 2 weeks for tranny problem, and the parts is on backorder, and have to wait for another 2 weeks. So, I'm left here for about a month without a car. Btw, my car is a 99 lude type SH. Well, guess sometimes you can also have an unreliable honda.
