51 dollars for that tool?! A simple 10 mm wrench a screwdriver does the same exact job, and everyone has a set of them.

yea but if u have done this already then you should know how much of a bitch it is to get the adjustment screw to stay where u aligned it while torquing with the ratchet and 10mm deep socket.
this tool allows u to hold the screw where u want it and then sock the locknut down, then you can throw the TQ wrench on there and torque the locknut to spec. that is what i do

Snappy will let you return the tool if you don't use it! Or he will give you something else you want. like a girly calendar!

yeah... about the tappin noise, i have it too... but with my car it began after a NASTY miss-shift. i dropped it from 3rd at 8k rpm to 2nd! DUMB ASS!!.... right after i reacted and took it out of 2nd, and the car idled down... it turned off on me... it's had the tappind ever since.. it has turned off on me a couple of times while at a red light, and the tappin only seems to get bad while idling in colder weather.. i live in miami, so right now the weather is cold one day and hot the other.. that's how i noticed.... so you guys think i bent a valve.. or what?

check compression
high revs loosen the valve lash up, if u havent adjusted since the incident then u should tighten them up.

sorry guys, i checked my engine with a feeler gauge and everything seems to be ok.... so doing a valve adjustment doesn't look like it'll fix the broblem... anyone has any more sudgestions as to what can be wrong with my car... sorry if i find too lazy to take it to a mechanic. i havent had anytime lately, i barely have time to write this let alone go to a mechanic.
