Default H3 Conversion for JDM Fogs

Just got my JDM fogs and noticed that it comes with H3C bulbs. I heard people converting them to the H3 bulbs. Anyone have any instructions on how to do this? Also, is there any other real advantage in doing this conversion other than the fact that H3C bulbs are not available here? Thanks.

Here are instructions I got from Sun's website. I'll be redesigning his website soon, and it probably won't have these "how to's" anymore, unless requested

---------------------------------

H3c Conversion

What you need:

H3 bulb
1 ring connector
1 spade connector
Short piece of wire
Tape
What to do:

- The H3 will fit perfectly in the same position as the H3C bulb.
- Take the short piece of wire and make it about the same length of the wire on the H3 bulb.
- Crimp one end with the ring connector, and the other end with the spade connector.
- You will need to take out the screw on the retaining clip of the H3 bulb, and screw the ring connector in this place.
- Then connect the end of the H3 bulb and the short wire to the harness of the JDM fog lights as seen in the pic. You can make up your own connectors if you want. I just stuck them in and taped them up.
- The problem with using the H3 bulb is that it doesn't provide a good seal with the boot, as the body of the bulb doesn't extend out. All I did was used some electrical tape to cover it up and seal it all up.
- That's it.

(BTW, we lost the pics he had taken)

Also, there are H3c bulbs you can find at local hardware stores. I've seen them. Can't remeber the name of the brand, but they're really not that hard to find anymore. Volvo also uses H3c bulbs
