H&R for how much you want to lower.

I lowered my 5th gen on Tokico HP's and Skunk2 springs and it was about 2 - 2.2 inches

if you just wanna lower an inch, get the koni yellows with the adj spring perches to set ride height. you can lower it mildly and get superior shock performance from them. however, i don't know if new shocks will fix the noise, since ludes are notorious for a problem called "shock knock" which is a noise caused by something in the rear suspension and chassis.

The Koni is the only shock that has adjustable perches that I know of.

Default lowering

heard koni's are not good for honda's. it is designed for european cars, like vw. i have kyb agx with eibach pro kit. it lowered mine by 1.3 inches. somehow the back looks lowered a bit more than the front. so it's more like 1.3f and 1.5b. hope it helps

PM me with your questions and I will answer them for you. As for a 1 inch drop, your best bet is probably the Koni Yellows as most have been suggesting. You will experience the best ride, full dampening adjustability and spring perch height adjustment (2 position).
