Gauge Install - How to remove needle

All I can say is that i got them on without messing anything up, and without taking anything off. But I'm definitely going to take them off eventually. I want to go back to the warm, orange glow. I did the white face cuz i was in a stupid phase, and it was my new car.

i got mine on no problem. i sorta did it like fuelish said and put the needles at the same angle and slide it on carefully. also i took my stock black gauge and cut out a cover for the white gauges out of it. here is how it came out
