Dont get me wrong... there are factory freaks out there that can run retarded times.
I have seen a stock 4th gen pull off a 14.6
and a stock ITR pull off a 13.9

but on the average, I stand by the times I posted.

i don't particularly care about quarter mile times but i'll go with what the factory says for the sake of simplicity in this argument.

i have yet to see a GSR in the 14's with i/h/e
at the track a few weeks back my best was a 15.04
(yea yea, i need to go to a real track, not the farm track)
i burned clear thru second to 65mph on all my runs (gravel )

yea so
the fastest GSR i saw there, i also raced, his best was around 15.3 and he had i/h/e and better tires than me, along with race suspension mods, it was kinda comical cause i would burn rubber halfway down the track and he'd have traction and in one race he was about 2-3 cars ahead of me by the end of my second gear, and as soon as i hooked up in 3rd, i went booking past him right before the finish line, ran a 15.3 to his 15.5.
and no he didnt miss a shift cause he had a coffee can exhaust and i have ears

the other thing i realized is my new 205/55 kumhos arent cutting it traction wise, i raced a gsr on the street with good clean asphalt a few nites ago and he also hammered me off the line to the end of 2nd at which point i absolutely snuffed him, (again i leave a smoke trail 200 feet long behind me) he wanted to put $100 on the race too but i dont race for money, dont need to

so i really need to put 225's back on and start getting decent 60ft's, might get the BFG-Gforce on steelies
