Low-cost camera w/ wide angle?
So as most of you know, I sling houses for a living. For photos I use a basic point & shoot Cannon SD750 which works great in terms of ease-of-use and manual settings (it's got what I need, and it's pretty easy to adjust settings quickly).
The only problem is it has crap for a wide angle. I need a good wide angle to get interior pictures that don't just look like the corner of a room. I tried to remedy the problem by getting a cheap magnetic wide angle lense like this: https://www.magneticlenses.com/. The results were not so good. It gave me the angle I needed, but blurred the hell out of the sides of the image.
Example. both pictures were taken from the exact same position with and without the lense:
Adding a wide-angle as an afterthought to a camera that wasn't intended for it just doesn't seem to work.
So I think what I need is a camera that was either designed with a wide angle from the start, or something with interchangeable lenses. I don't need a fancy DSLR with a million settings, and I don't need a million megapixles. I was thinking there must be something a few years old (or more) that I can get used. I like the basic functionality of a point and shoot (menu settings for indoor, cloudy, tungsten, flourescent, basic exosure +/-), but I need a wider angle and I don't to spend a lot of money.
Suggestions?

Something like that would be fine, but I'd rather pick up a used one if possible. Any words of warning or advice in that regard? Seems like you photo-pr0n people probably dump perfectly good cameras pretty frequently in order to upgrade to the latest and greatest h:

Look into the Canon trade in program
http://www.cheapshooter.com/2008/08/...le-known-deal/
You can probably score one of those for a few bucks on eBay...then do the trade in.

I wonder if Olympus has a similar program, because I have a busted olympus that I paid $400 for back in the day h:
