Default Photoshop w/anti-virus software

So, I got a new computer last year (Toshiba Satelte) and I just loaded an older copy of Photoshop onto it so I can edit my photos. My computer had been running a lot slower when I open Photoshop, as it takes up quite a bit of space. So, I had AVG and Norton loaded on my system, but they both ran so slow! when I noticed how much space they took up, I removed them. My system runs a lot fast now, but i can't be unprotected. So now I'm looking for a new anti-virus software. I think I'm going to pay for it cause I want to make sure I get something that's really going to work.

I've looked at Cyberdefender and Panda. I have the free version of Cyberdefender loaded on my computer and I like it so far. It scan for trojans, spyware and malware, but it it finds anything, I will have to buy the upgrade to get it to remove them. The upgrade comes with 24/7 support and 2 GB online backup. Panda has what looks to be an easy interface, but I think I'm going with Cyberdefender.

Does anyone have any experience with Cyberdefender? It is a NASDAQ copmany too, which is a bonus. Your in put would be greatly appreciated.
