Many more, but these are the ones I've liked the best in the past 2 weeks!

1st pic is awesome. No, not cause there's a chick in it...it's very well composed and artsy looking.

Thanks. I submitted that on S2ki for the monthly competition - subject is Contrapposto. My only beef is that I didn't use a backdrop so you can see the wall outlets

Lowbrow: thx!!

you need a speed light, and need to watch your exposures the dog is blending into your wife's hair. also learn how to set your focus points.

for ex:

if you would of set the focus point to be the yellow s2k, then all the other cars would get blurred which would give it a better effect instead of all the cars being blurred.

over all i like them. keep shooting

I see what you mean with the exposure on the first pic. I'll keep that in mind. I'm still learning to use my good flash. That shot was an accident (the dog came running in).

As to the focal point, I agree entirely. I loved the composition, but botched the focus.

what flash are you using? do you set for auto or manual?

as for the wall outlets, use the clone tool to cover them up. if you ever need help or tips hit me up

I'll find out what flash it is tonight. Some nice Canon one that I use on auto but aim where I want it.

I agree about the outlets. Hadn't thought about cloning them out. I'm gonna do that and re-submit my photo for the contest I think. might work on the balance some more also.

make a new layer of the main picture set it to lighten. then go to image>adjustment>shadow/highlight play with the settings a bit once done lower the opacity of the layer to about 75% and you should be good.
