I use Raw Shooter Essentials and almost always shoot in RAW.

I have started using Digital Professional to edit and convert raw, but always go back to CS3.

I jump around from RAW to JPEG Fine. if I know it's going to be a cool shot, i'll flip it to RAW.

with my D50, I would always just shoot RAW + JPEG, but now with the D200, RAW + JPEG comes out to about 25mb per click. too big.
