Who uses the grip much? I've never had a battery grip before, not sure if I'd use it.

i love mine, it work great for portraits. plus you get the convince of having 2 batteries instead of one. plus it adds some weight which i like

oh you can have both batteries in it? Damn, I never even opened it up yet, I'll have to give it a try. And you are right... it is almost too light. I'd like a little more weight.

:rofl: thats the whole point of a battery girp is to give you more battery life.

I always thought they looked like ass... so I never investigated them - lol batteries last for freggin ever these days!
