h: That picture is actually in full color. The light is the reflection of a florescent tube in the water of culvert/irrigation ditch. I just put the P&S in macro mode and got up close. The wind is what made it swirl around like that. There were a bunch of interesting patterns, I'll post them up later if I get a chance.
