Assignment Shoot #1 (PICS!)
#11
The candy jar was really unplanned. I was putting together some jars for my teachers and thought...hey this is colorful I just grabbed the tripod and snapped some shots. I didnt really think about composition too much. I thought it looked a little off.
Cold #5, it was done with a tripod. It was cold as heck outside as I was walking from my car to my place. I looked up and said...even the clouds look cold I dont know if it conveyed that through the picture well enough.

Thanks, they were hard to capture since they were moving around so fast.

I did cold #7. Really dont have any photography experience other than P&S. My family went to the mountains on Friday to see the snow and I decided to bring my camera with me. I took people's advice from the assignment thread and tinkered around with the manual settings to see what I could come up with. I screwed around with the shutter speed not really knowing how it would affect the picture and ended up finding out that it changes the darkness/brightness of the pic :chuckles: I'll have to do some research to find out what the other functions do. I was just proud of myself that I had some pictures that looked decent when I really had no idea what I was doing h:

No level adjustments on mine. On Jenna's leaf one (the palm) I lightened it up a tiny bit. Hers are the Parrot, the Ice Cubes and the Fan Palm
