Conduct: Participants will conduct themselves according to the highest standards of sportsmanship and will maintain a respectful demeanour in their conversations here, and in a manner that will not reflect adversely on the reputation of the board and its management. Failure to do so will result in penalties, up to and including the restriction or termination of a member’s right to participate and/or the editing or deletion of a member’s posts, threads or account.

Unlawful activities will not be discussed in the forums. A member may discuss whether a law should exist, but a member may not openly advocate criminal behaviour or disregard for the law.

Specific Guidelines


No one shall create or condone a post openly disparaging or in contempt of any individual or group of people based on race, colour, national origin, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, family relationship, age, mental or physical disability, religion or religious beliefs.

Members are cautioned to take the greatest care when referring to individuals not to insult another member by using a pejorative term referring to an individual's membership in a protected class. Moderators will actively pursue complaints raised about these issues, and enact sanctions, up to and including the deletion of the account of a habitual offender.


Advertising: Please do not attempt to market your goods in the forums. Sponsorship and the acceptability of retail merchandising is strictly regulated and restricted. Please contact a moderator for instructions on how to sponsor the board if you wish to advertise. It is unlikely that you will be allowed to market your services or goods without sponsoring the forum; however, it is possible that the administration will approve a specific item in a specific case where there might be an over riding public interest in making the service or item available to the general membership.

Other Spam & Post Whoring:
Please do not make the same thread or the same post in multiple forums without getting approval ahead of time.
Please make sure your posts are relevant and of significant contribution most of the time. The management will censure, restrict or ban a member who earns a reputation for one-liners and inappropriate or less than helpful posts.
General Suitability:


Do not threaten violence or other untoward, embarrassing or destructive acts directed toward anyone, member or not.
Do not engage the members with prurient or pornographic material, sex or sexual acts, embed such images in a post, or assign yourself or anyone else an avatar that could be construed as such.
As an aide to defining such posts, please be aware that nudity is inappropriate.
Any post, avatar or an image that serves as its apparent purposes nothing other than to evoke a sexual response from the reader will be actionable under the terms of this TOS. A posted link to such material is equally actionable.
Please do not post in all capital letters or use the [size] command in your posts or signatures.
Do not choose a member name that is deliberately contrived to make it appear that you are someone you are not. Do not make it appear that someone has said something he has not, and do not lie in your posts. Do not deliberately instigate fights.
Express yourself without the use of profanity.
If it’s not work safe, then don’t put it on Honda-Acura.Net’s server. A warning in the header will not absolve you.

I just wanted to know if you are asking me to stop posting in my thread. I am keeping it to see how I've progressed, show other people how I'm doing, and I just like updating it periodically. Do you mind if I keep posting in it? I did not see anything in the TOS, but I do understand the testicle picture could be so-so, however it's not real, it is a photoshopped egg. I would appreciate it if you do not continue my posting in this thread.
